What Does my Ticket Include?

Hayride Only Ticket: Admission to the Hayride and Purgatory

General Admission: Admission to all attractions: Hayride, Purgatory, Trick or Treat, and House of Shadows

VIP Admission: Admission and faster line access to all attractions: Hayride, Purgatory, Trick or Treat, and House of Shadows

Do You Offer Group Discounts?

We offer group discounts for parties of 20 or more.  A second option would be to purchase a private wagon that holds up to 30 people and comes with VIP status.  Please write to [email protected] for more info or for booking

Do You Sell Tickets at the Door?

Cash only tickets are available onsite at the Ticket Crypt.  Due to the possibility of a sellout we encourage you to purchase tickets ahead of time online

Do You Have ATMS?

Yes we have ATM’s Located at the Front Entrance.  Onsite we are a cash only event.  We do accept credit cards for online sales.

Do You Accept Credit Cards?

All online ticket sales accept credit cards. Onsite we are a cash only event.  We do have ATMs available onsite.

Online Ticket Sales: I don’t have the Credit Card used for Purchase. What do I do?

We require a valid photo ID and credit card used for purchase to be presented for entry. No exceptions. If you don’t have the credit card used during your purchase, please go to the customer service booth once onsite.

Can I get a Refund?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

Can I Sell/Give my Tickets to a Friend?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.  We require a valid photo ID and credit card used for purchase to be presented for entry. No exceptions.

I am Unable to Make it on the Date and Time I Purchased. What do I do?

If you can’t make the date you purchased your ticket for, you must purchase new ticket. Send your new ticket confirmation and your original ticket confirmation to [email protected] and then we will issue you a refund for you original order.

What if I Want to Purchase a Ticket for my Child/Children?

If you are a parent, purchasing tickets for your children, but won’t be entering the attraction, send us an email with photocopy ID. Once it is approved, the children will need to bring a printed copy of the approval email, as well as, parental ID. Please Email us at [email protected] All numbers are spelled out in full with no spaces or dashes.

Does my ticket include access to the attractions more than once:?

All General Admission and VIP tickets allow access to go one (1) time through all of the attractions: Hayride, Trick or Treat, and House of Shadows.  Purchase a Clown Around Package for unlimited rides.

Is Parking Available?

Yes, Griffith Park has free parking lots. We also offer a complimentary shuttle (select nights), our “Blood Bus,” to give you a ride to the hayride entrance.  For a map of our parking lots and shuttle stops, go to  Free parking in Los Angeles? That’s worth the price of admission alone!

Are There Any Age Restrictions?

This attraction was created for adults, so we do not recommend that anyone under the age of 10 attend. But ultimately it is left to the discretion of each parent. If you want to bring your child, you will need to pay for an additional admission ticket.

Can I Wear a Costume?

Costumes, masks, wigs, and props are not permitted.  On Halloween only you may wear a costume, however masks, wigs, and props are not permitted.

Can I touch the actors? Do the actors touch me?

Please do not touch the actors. Doing so will get you removed from the event.  Actors will not touch you.

Is Food Available?

Yes, we have the Grubshack which serves hot food and snacks for all your hunger needs.


Smoking is prohibited in Los Angeles city parks.
