Redeem Your Voucher
Follow the steps below to redeem your tickets if you purchased a voucher code.
Redemption INSTRUCTIONS:
We recommend redeeming your tickets at least 48 hours before the date you would like to attend.
Ticket Vouchers must be redeemed for a specific Date and Entry Time before you can attend. These Presale or Costco Vouchers CANNOT be taken directly to the event and used as tickets. Once you redeem your voucher, you will receive your official tickets with barcodes that can be scanned at the event.
- Locate your voucher codes.
- Click “Buy Tickets” in the top right corner of this website.
- Select the date you wish to attend.
- Choose the same ticket type you purchased for your voucher. You can not upgrade these at your time of checkout. You will need to contact customer support after redeeming your tickets if you would like to upgrade your tickets.
- Make sure to add the same number of tickets to your order that matches the number of presale vouchers purchased.
- Select the Entry Time you would like.
- Add any add-ons you would like if they are available. These will be charged at the current price if added.
- Enter your promo code as a Discount code on the checkout page. There is one Promo Code per Voucher. Make sure to input both lines for the Voucher. In the example below, the Promo code is “EXAMPLE13FLRR”.
